Just a few word to say a big thank you to James, Mark and the boys behind the scenes. Our experience with Wiltshire Caravans has been very good. We recently traded in our Bailey caravan for a 2015 Lunar Clubman SB and all the requests for minor repairs were carried out prior to collection, just waiting now on some joining tape but this matter is in hand. We had a snag with the mover whilst on our one night stay, compliments of Wiltshire Caravans, but the boys came out straight away and sorted it,

We just want to thank you for making us feel so welcome when we visited your showrooms yesterday to collect our new caravan.
Your guided tour of both outside and inside the van was most helpful and informative. The caravan mover is very easy to use and great fun. It made parking the van on our drive very easy. I think it is an advantage when it comes to aligning the wheel to fix the Al-Ko wheel clamp.
We had an uneventful trip home and there did not seem to be any difference in towing between the Elddis Affinity 550 and the Compass Corona 505.

We would like to relate our experience with Wiltshire Caravans, Westbury, Wilts.
We had arrived at our CL outside Frome, Somerset and found that when the gas was turned on there was an obviously leak around the on-board regulator.
We decided to take our AutoTrail motorhome to Webbs at Warminster the following day, on route we phoned them only to be told that they were far too busy to help us. Instead we were given Wiltshire Caravans as an alternative and changed course for Westbury.
On arrival we were again informed that the workshop was fully booked. We explained our plight with the regulator and they agreed to have a look for us and sure enough it was confirmed that a replacement was required, fortunately they had one on stock. A very helpful Chris Fortune said, provided his boss agreed, that if we came back after the workshop had officially closed he would fit the new regulator and the mandatory gas checks.
We gratefully took Chris up on his offer and returned at 7pm. Chris fitted said regulator and completed the gas checks by 8.15 and we were on our way back to our CL in time for a late supper! Without this helpful service we would of been reliant upon a single electric hob for our time away.

I would have to say that Claire dealt with the problem brilliantly and kept us fully informed of what was happening at all time, meaning that a relatively minor problem was dealt with so as to cause as little hassle as possible.

We were nervous about buying a caravan for this amount of money without seeing it, but you mark and mark junior have all been excellent even when their were minor problems they were sorted quickly and efficiently.

Feedback on recent purchase My wife and I appreciated the very friendly welcome we received, the straightforward negotiations and everyone's helpfulness. We are very pleased with the overall quality of the service provided by Wiltshire Caravans and the support of all the staff we dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, matters were dealt with efficiently and the stay at Brokerswood was both helpful and enjoyable. The few, minor teething problems we have experienced with the new van have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied customers and wish to express our appreciation.

Message: we were complete newbies to caravanning, so took our time to checkout several retailers. we settled on wilts caravans who are a very friendly company. they gave good advice without any pressure sales pitch. we eventually purchased an elddis xplore 574 in may 2015 from them, which we are very happy with. the included free nights 'get used to your caravan' at a local site was a bonus. they also have a full servicing and after sales dept to sort out any problems. we have returned several times to purchase accessories, and would reccomend wiltshire caravans.

would like to say a big thank you to James and the staff at Wiltshire caravans
for the service we received when we travelled 200 miles to collect our new
Buccaneer. We did all the negotiations over the phone including the exchange of
our awning.James arranged for the PDI to be completed quicker than normal due
to me having to go into hospital the following week. The staff even stayed open
a hour and half longer on the Friday night ensuring we was happy with
everything. James booked us on to the the caravan park just down the road for a
couple of nights to try the caravan out, this was most welcoming due to our
long journey. We had a small fault on the washroom tap so he sent a member of
staff out to the caravan site on the Saturday morning to look at it and they
have ordered us a new tap Overall We are really pleased with our Buccaneer and
the customer service we received from James and his team, the journey down was
well worth it

Last year we purchased our new Elddis Shamal caravan from Jamie and to date have been very pleased with all aspects of it. As expected with a new caravan, there have been a couple of minor faults which have been dealt with immediately. The first was a leak on the water pump connection which was replaced and has been no problem since. Whilst away in Wareham last week, the battery charger stopped working leaving us with no lights, water or heating. After making a call to Jamie, an engineer arrived on site within a very short period of time and identified it as the charger unit which he immediately replaced bringing this to a satisfactory conclusion and enabling us to carry on enjoying our holiday. A big thank you to all the staff at Wiltshire caravans whose excellent customer service is most appreciated. Our experience with all the staff at Wiltshire caravans means that we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

: I can not sing the praises of this entire firm enough. I visited the shop with my daughter and family in August for them to purchase accessories for their folding camper. My wife decided to look around the new caravans and met Jamie who, without any pressure whatsoever, offered us an excellent part exchange deal on a new Xplore fixed bed 504 model against our 2009 Sterling Europa. There were a couple of issues I was concerned about with the new van and these were resolved without fuss. Any queries I had were dealt with to my complete satisfaction no matter how trivial. A further issue arose when I had occasion to visit the underside of the van after purchase and on return from our first trip away. I admit I panicked when I discovered what looked like a crack in the floor pan. I was advised to take the van back to them to have it examined and photographed so they could contact Elddis. On inspection by their own engineers it was identified that their was no reason for concern and the "crack" was polished out and over enthusiastic mastic at manufacture removed. I can only say that the whole experience of purchase and aftercare has been a pleasure. I will not go into detail of the deals that were made to my benefit at purchase as I would not want to tie their hands on future dealings with their customers but believe me you will probably end up with the best deal and definately the best customer care you could get anywhere. 10 out of 10 team.
